The location of this hotel is perfect for families with children. There is a soft play area and playground on-site, providing plenty of entertainment for the little ones. the apartments offer lots of space, allowing for a comfortable stay. the cleanliness and equipment provided are also a plus, ensuring a pleasant experience.

There were some communication issues with the service team, as the apartments were originally only set up for four people instead of the booked five. This inconvenience could have been avoided with better preparation.

The ski hire across the road and the ski gear storage room at the apartment are jaw-droppingly perfect. Plus, the apartment's close proximity to restaurants, shops, and a supermarket is amazing. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing for a late check-in and extending our check-out time. They even drove us to a bus stop for our return trip. The no-nonsense check-in, check-out process is perfect for a ski break. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the view from the window was stunning. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and kitchen utensils. The availability of free parking was a huge plus. our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic - highly recommended!

I absolutely loved the cozy and warm decor of the hotel. The beautiful wood furnishings and soft lighting created such a welcoming atmosphere for us seniors. The general areas were always kept clean and tidy, making it easy for us to move around and relax. the hotel's accessibility features were fantastic. From ramps and handrails to spacious elevators, everything was designed with senior guests in mind.

I would have appreciated a better variety of activities specifically tailored for seniors during our stay.
